Format: 

  • Starting in January, one hour every other week until the group feels it needs greater frequency
  • AdHoc meetings / calls / zooms as necessary
  • Dedicated Slack channel 
  • This is tactical "get things done" meeting 
    • We discuss architecture in the AWG, strategy in TSC and GB
    • This meeting can generate questions/requests for direction from those meetings 

Meeting Topics:

  • Status/ progress on individual workstreams
  • Bring up any issues/challenges teams might be having, etc. 
  • 3 main deliverables for Q1-23
    • Define the code merge between ND and Testnet
    • Implement code merge
    • Roll out the maintainer policy
