Phase 1 (Day 1)

• Friday 1pm-3pm ET:
  • Analyze available fields from carriers today (AAIS Stat Plan)
  • Establish Dictionary, Attributes, Definitions, Enumerations, Acceptable Values
  • Establish Business Objects, ex: Vehicle, Policy, Coverage
• Tuesday 9am-10am ET:
  • Normalization of Dictionary of available data

Phase 2 (Day 2)

• Friday 1-3pm ET:
  • Unpack Existing fields, identify how to decodify existing details.
  • Analyze Gaps in current Fields
• Tuesday 9am-10am ET:
  • Normalization of unpacked data

Phase 3 (3)

• Friday 1-3pm ET:
  • Define additional fields based on gaps
  • Establish Dictionary, Attributes, Definitions, Enumerations, Acceptable Values
• Tuesday 9am-10am ET:
  • Normalization of additional new data elements

Order of operations: Complete phase 1 for each of the listed LOBs, then move to phase 2. Each Phase will be completed in whole before the next phase is to begin.
