The governing document of the Capital Markets SIG is the charter. This preliminary charter should be ratified by members after review by the Hyperledger team. 

Description: The purpose of the Regulatory Reporting Working Group is to develop robust solutions to transition the current regulatory reporting processes into a more transparent process for regulators to gain important insights into the P&C marketplace while maintaining the security and privacy of companies’ proprietary information.
